Congratulations! That seems like a great price.

Is someone from your family not going this year?

Thanks wanderlust very happy with the price. Yep unfortunately my 10 year old didn't want to go again :( I know right disneyland! But he really struggled with the trip over and the walking, he has IBS and quiet uncomfortable for him. I didn't want to force the poor fella, he has opted out so that's ok. He will stay with family and I'm sure will be happy with his ps4 lol

That's great news, $4600seems a fantastic price:cool1: especially from tassie!
Must of been a hard decision to leave DS at home, but what fantastic family you must have and what a mature boy to know what he wants:thumbsup2
Now we need details:goodvibes

that's great news, don't be surprised if your son changes his mind, you know what boys are like, lol.

That's a shame your son won't be coming. It's good though to see a kid who's content with the simple things in life.

Thanks guys :) I hope to think that I have raised my kids with good values, and to always appreciate the simple things and nothing beats that then the embrace of your own family.... So yeah feeling blessed......
Now details having a high tier with Virgin Australia I like the idea of one day being ultimately able to fly business :rotfl: having anxiously watching their sight multiple times through the day I noticed by moving our days around slightly led to a great fare with the seating we wanted.

Depart Saturday from hobart @ 7:00 (whooooo for no red eye)
Depart Melbourne this time Saturday @12:00 arriving at LAX @8:30 I was a little anxious about leaving melb as I didn't want a delta flight but was assured this was a definite route with VA.
We are arriving 2 days earlier then our reservation
at HOJO'S got a great deal through my hilton status with doubletree in Anaheim for two night, from there 8 nights at HOJO then 4 nights at disneyland Hotel, we are hiring a car this time too feeling way overwhelmed with all the dealerships!!!

Looks like you got a great deal on the flights.

Disnelyland was our first and I'd go back there in a heartbeat

I understand your son's concern. I've got Crohn's and I can't think of a time when I've been to the US parks and haven't had a flare up.

I blame it on the high fructose corn syrup. Nasty stuff and it's in everything over there. Hopefully one day he'll be able to work out what upsets him, so he can adjust his diet and travel without fear.

Totally feel your pain there I have coeliac I'm very careful with what I eat especially on holidays, the high fructose corn syrup makes sense. Pretty much everything upset him, he said that disneyland was great but it was uncomfortable a lot for him. :(

Guess who changed his mind!!!! My 10 year old decided that no game station is worth missing out on disneyland! So all 5 of us will be returning to disneyland this year :):):)
