Question about the 4 day 4 park summer tickets...since they don't require a reservation, does that mean you can't get into the virtual que at 7am with these tickets?
Thank you so much for this info! I’m horrible for even thinking I should just keep this info to myselfShe can just walk-up and buy tickets at the gate, assuming the park isn't at capacity (which I doubt will happen next week). She should know 2 things:
1) all tickets are digital so I believe she'll need to create an MDE account anyway (and it's probably easier to do from home in advance rather than while standing at the ticket window)
2) ticket prices "at the gate" tend to be ~$20 higher than purchasing online (even just that morning)
What I usually do is plot out projected or possible trips and use the Disney website to determine what the cost of regular tickets for those dates would be. If the total is close to or more than the AP cost, we buy the APs. Being able to see what the actual prices are for the specific dates is important - I don’t think it’s possible anymore to say that, for example, 10 days = an AP, because at some times of year, it may be fewer days at a higher price!Yeah... I wonder how many days I'd need to go to break even on that lol
You will need an Epcot theme park reservation even just to walk through for the monorail. The time limit on when one can hop has been lifted so you’ll be fine to enter MK at anytime any day if you use the Epcot theme park reservation first for the walk-through.sometimes we like to walk through EPCOT and monorail to MK
Park reservations are required for the old no-expire ticket. We are staying at a Disney resort DVC not that it should make a difference.
One person still has the old non expiring tickets the rest are all current date based so I know no reservation is needed.
Do we need to make park reservations for the one person who has the old non expiring ticket?
Disney is not very clear as it says certain tickets.
Yes. Non-date based tickets need a theme park reservation. So that's any ticket that has a broad time frame of when it can be used -- APs, military Salute, some convention tickets, old no-expiration tickets, etc.Do we need to make park reservations for the one person who has the old non expiring ticket?

5-day PH tickets starting on the 1st are valid for use between the 1st and the 8th. You may use enter a theme park with it on any 5 of those days.If I have 5 day PHer tickets, but we check-in on the 1st, I know we can use them starting then. However, if it's only 5 days, can I then skip Monday's "use" of the ticket but instead do MNSSHP for entrance to MK and then still have the 4 days for Tuesday - Friday?
Your DDP credits are good all day check-in day through check-out day. So yes you can use a TS credit for breakfast on arrival day.Bonus: If we are on the DDP through the deal they're offering now, can we use our Table Credits for a September 1 breakfast?

Yes, as long as those tickets will be valid on those dates, you’ll be able to book.We have the FL resident tickets linked to our resort reservations for Sept. The tickets still need to be verified on site in person. Will we be able to use the new Lightening lane process and reserve 7 days in advance with tickets linked to our account, but not yet "activated" ?
Yes it does. The system checks to see whether you have a ticket that will or could be valid for the dates you're trying to book.I have an AP in MDE that won’t be activated until I go to the park for my trip in December. Does this count as a ticket for making park reservations?

Yes, you can still upgrade to hopper and/or add a day. You may be able to do it in the app, but if you have a special package offer maybe not.1) I have not been since 2019 - can upgrading the hopper (adding a day) still be done? Is it seamless (in the app, maybe?).
2) I cannot seem to find the prices - can anyone tell me what the added cost of adding a day would be (this would include dining and a park pass, yes?)?
