Some posts earlier on this week made me realize that I could be using my Air Miles to purchase park admissions.

Here is a question for those who have redeemed Air Miles for MYW tickets. What exactly did you get? (i) Actual tickets that could be activated at WDW, hopefully at the resort? or (ii) a voucher that you have to go to guest services to exchange for a ticket?

I have the same question for Sea World tickets acquired using Air Miles?

Does anyone know how this compares with what you get from a discount ticket broker like Maple Leaf Tickets?

Thanks for your responses.

I was going to get some tickets through Airmiles until I noticed how many miles they were, then I weighed the pros and cons.. for the price(airmiles) of 1 5 day non hopper ticket, it was more expensive than an actual flight to Florida.. so the ticket I could buy for $200 is worth a lot less than an actual flight.. that's why I only use Airmiles for flights when I can get 'em.. a lot better bang for the buck!

I just wanted to state that I've used Mapleleaftickets and they were wonderful! plus shipping was only $6.00 us for our whole order!( 4 php& $ Disneyquest) We are going to use them for Cirque as well. :sunny:

I bought two tickets through Air Miles. I had them in about a week. My hubby always likes to calculate the Air Miles too and what things would have cost etc etc and we used to only spend them on grocery coupons, which he thought was the best way to go. This year we booked our car, filghts for five, some hotel and then two tickets. I think if you have the Air Miles - use them. It is still not money out of your own pocket. I used the Air Miles for the tickets after I had all the other "necessities" covered.
