How can my wait time jump from 3 minutes to over 15 back to 4 minutes then back up to 15. I wanted Springsteen tickets.

That's what happened to me when I tried to get Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction tickets. I'm guessing that it has something to do with concerts that sell out within minutes or even seconds. If you didn't get tickets try checking TM the morning of the show. Sometimes they release the best seats at that time. Good luck!
