Ticketed/Dining Events that have Parade and Fireworks viewing

We are trying to think of something special for our granddaughter for our next WDW trip. She really wants to see the fireworks and parades, what events or dining reservations get you preferred seating at parades or fireworks at any of the parks? We are going the last week in March. TIA!
