Yes, as far as brokers are concerned, I am meaning those roadside stands. I haven't heard but one or 2 horror stories from any of the wholesale houses.

No you can't. TDS cannot upgrade any tickets. They don't have the capability to scan them to see what's unused. But it can be done at Guest Relations at WDW.
