anytime a person has an issue with the kiosk not functioning correctly, guest services can help out to receive the tickets.
many homies do forget to bring the original cc they made the purchase with.
in that case, guest services helps those peeps out.
are you not allowed to have DU mail you the tickets?
i have not used that company so i am not aware of their policies on distributing tickets.
the cc is needed to make sure the correct person is recieving the tickets they pre paid.
it is a way to match up the order with the owner of the tickets.
you can have your tickets paid for a year in advance before you need to pick them up from the kiosk.
the system in the kiosk will still maintain your purchase.
i know there are peeps that have canceled out cc prior to using the kiosk and they have no problem in getting them from gs.
they order the tickets in advance but change cc companies.
or sometimes you lose a card and have to have a new one sent to you.
which means a new cc number....
if you have prepaid for your tickets, you can still get them at gs in many cases.
write down your order number to retrieve them from gs.
and bring a photo id with you.
