Can a 4 day military salute ticket be upgraded at the ticket window to a 6 day hopper.

According to the ticket sticky, no.

No. You cannot add days and you cannot make it No Expire.

The only upgrades possible are to add the other option (hopping or WPF&M) or to an Annual Pass for which you are eligible.
