Need some help or advice on this - was in the parks this past Monday and Tuesday, and used the app to "upgrade tickets" to an AP on Tuesday night - our last day in the parks. When I got the confirmation, I noticed I was charged the full cost of the AP's, and no credit was given for our existing tickets. I read the fine print and I'm pretty sure I followed instructions, I definitely did the upgrade on our last day in the parks - although I did do the upgrade while in our room at the Disneyland Hotel.
I called AP customer service as told "the app is self-service, so it's your fault" basically, too bad, we can't help and I should have visited a ticket booth.
Am I totally screwed here? Anyone ever something like this resolved?
