Ticket Upgrade to AP Via App - Didn't Apply Ticket Cost

FYI- the booth lines tend to be lonnnngg around the holidays. We had to wait 1hr+ to get to a window and then got the worst/slowest CM to do our upgrade. They had all windows open (I think I counted 64), but still had that kind of back up. I looked at the booths earlier in the day and it was the same...

If you can go to the booths later at night, the lines can be shorter. During peak crowd times, we try to time our visits to the ticket booths for sometime after fireworks, when a lot of people have left already. It can make things easier.
