Ticket questions??

Once a person uses the ticket how long is it before it expires?? We are going for 14 days with the ten day hopper plus pass.


half way thru the trip if we realize we need more days, can we upgrade our pass back to the ten day??

You can upgrade at any time, I believe. The concierge at your hotel should be able to handle that for you. Your tickets expire 14 days after your first use, so you may need to ask your concierge about that as well. Last year they cut off DH ticket on our last day, but everyone else's worked fine. Took a LONG time for them to get us admitted into MK, and was a general pain. He couldn't use it for DDP, either. As far as I know, you can also go in and add no expiration at any time, and only pay for the remaining days on your ticket.

Well, that's really TWO situations.

1. You can upgrade any ticket within 14 days of its first use.

2. BUT, the MAXIMUM number of days IN THE 4 THEME-PARKS on a MYW ticket is 10. You can't add any more days to a MYW once you have "maxed out" at 10 days (at the 4 theme-parks).

So if you have a 10-day MYW and use 5 days, you CAN'T "fill it back up" to 10 again. You must buy another new MYW ticket, or "upgrade" (within the 14 day window) to an Annual Pass.

Nope.

If you upgrade to Non-Expiring on a, say, 8 day MYW that you have already used for 4 days, you still must pay the non-expiring price for the full 8 days of the original ticket.

Just how it works.

However, adding the Hopper Option is a single set price per ticket, regardless of the number of days on the ticket
