Ticket Questions - I read the sticky first!

Ok. I have some ticket questions.

Here goes.

We bought 6 day ph from UT this summer, before the price increase. (3 adult & 1 child)

We ended up doing the s/p/d package. Since we already had tickets, we only got 1 day base tickets. Since dd is 9 and does not really like kids food, we put her age down as 10 for the package.

Our plan was to have the package tickets removed from our KTTW cards and save them for a later trip. And then add our UT tickets to the card. (can this be done at the hotel? POFQ)

But as I was thinking about this today, I just realized that for the package, we put 10 but the UT ticket is a childs. (She will be 9 during the trip) Is this going to be a problem?

You can separate the 1 day tickets from the kttw.card.

other than convenience, why would you risk adding the ut tickets and possibly upsetting the apple cart?

That was the main reason..convenience. We really liked just having the one card, but we are fine with doing it separately if we have to. That is why I asked. I just had not thought of it until today.

As far as EMH's go, we would just have to show the KTTW card right? Even though we are using UT tickets?

Also, we planned on adding a day or so to the tickets after we arrived. Can they still do that even if we just have the UT tickets separately?

Yes. They do not swipe your KTTW card or ask for your tickets, just check to be sure you are a resort guest. I am a passholder and the one time I have stayed on property my ticket was obviously not connected to my KTTW card. Had no problems with EMH.

Yes. Tickets from UT are really Disney tickets, just sold by UT (they get them from Disney). No problem to add days or extras (hopper,etc).
