Ticket Question

I am arriving a day early and was unable to change my reservation to add an additional day however we were able to book a seperate reservation for the same hotel for the night before. (2 rooms for both reservations) I am hoping that we will not have to change rooms the second day since we will be remaining at ASMusic. My question is do you think they would allow us to get our Parkhopper passes a day early? I would love to get them on our arrival day but they are part of the original reservation which will start the following day. Anyone have any ideas???? I am hopeing that they can just let us stay in the same rooms and combine the reservations. I think the reason we were unable to add on to the original reservation was because it had the free dining plan, also I changed plans today with checkin originally scheduled for Saturday, now arriving Friday. 18 hours till Disney!!!!

Sorry, you will not be able to get the park tickets until you check in on the reservation that has them included. They will not give them to you the day before.

You will most likely be able to stay in the same room (remind them when you check in that you have a continuing reservation) but you will have to go down to the front desk on day 2 and check out and check back in again. It's a much quicker procedure than your first check in will be. They will issue you new resort ID's for everyone that will include your tickets then.

You might also want it noted on both reservations about the other one. Call CRO and ask them to make the note.
