Ticket Question

We bought 1 day, date specific tickets for July. The trip may not happen now. What happens to those tickets? If I understand correctly, we keep the value of them and can apply it to a future ticket. How exactly does that work? The tickets are in our MDE account. Will they stop showing after the date we bought them for? How do we keep reach of the credit?

You are correct that you will retain a credit if the tickets are not used. If you have a new date, you can push out the tickets to that new date now (or anytime before the original July visit date). If you don't have future plans yet, be sure to make note of the ticket number(s) and value (what you paid if bought direct from WDW) because it is likely to disappear from your view in MDE. Then when ready to use the credit, you'll need to call to purchase tickets using that credit.
