Ticket question

I've booked into OKW for a week in November with a couple of family members. We have already purchased our 6 day with PH tickets as well as MVMCP.
My son is interested in joining us but he won't know if he can come until mid September.
My question is should I get his tickets now or wait until he knows for sure? Does either option affect obtaining FP+ for him?

To make the decision more difficult, Boardwalk Ticketing has a 7 day with PH for $80 less than regular price ($66 less than an actual 6 day ticket) but apparently only until the end of July.

I could use some help with this.

If you purchase the 7-day ticket now, at a great price, and he is unable to go with you, your ticket remains in your MDE until your next trip. You'll just reassign it to whichever guest in your MDE will be using it.

You'll need his ticket purchased before your 60-day FP booking window opens for the ease of booking FPs for him. If he doesn't have tickets by the time your window opens, you'll then have to Modify your FPs and "Change Party" to add him into your FP Group if there is FP availability.

You should be okay waiting until mid-September to purchase his MVMCP ticket. Christmas parties usually sell out a few days in advance of the party.
