Is it really worth it to add on the park hopper, My husband and I re booked our site for sep with the summer magic your way offer and saved I think about a 150.00. So my husband asked if we would really use the park hopper and if it was really worth it.He would like to try and stay in the park all day as would I, but im thinking our three year old would not like that. I Like the fact that I don't really have to stay in one park all day. How many of you use it?

Oh and since I probably will not be on tomorrow happy Mothers Day to all of you Dis moms! I hope you have a wonderful day!
Thanks

The park hopper is just an added luxury which, of course, we always get! Have fun and Happy Mother's Day too!

Happy Mother's Day to you as well!!!

If you guys are going to be there for more than a few days, then definitely add the Park Hopper option. Everyone is different, but my family and I have found that we don't want to feel stuck at one particular park for the day. Perfect example: On our last trip we had an ADR at Le Cellier in Epcot at like 5:00 in the evening, but our kids wanted to spend that day at the MK. With the Park Hopper's, we had peace and harmony in the family for the day! Our kids were able to play at the MK, then we were able to enter Epcot that evening for our dinner ressie's. Perfect!

I truly believe that when a Park Hopper becomes the most useful is when you are able to leave a park that is crazy busy, and enter a park that is less crowded. That way you don't feel "locked in" with the masses for the duration of the day.

If you are only going to be there for a couple of days then no, I would not pay extra for a hopper. My best friend went to DW at the end of February to support her niece whom was in a cheering competition at the Wide World of Sports Complex. Since she was only in the parks for two days, she purchased two days worth of base tickets. She said it was just what she needed.

All of this is JMO. Good luck, and enjoy your trip!!!

I agree.

We never purchase Park Hoppers. It's a waste of money, especially when you're there off season.

For our personal touring style, we could never go without park hoppers.

We have APs. We usually have a late breakfast somewhere, sometimes in a park, sometimes at a resort, then spend the rest of the afternoon at the Fort, then have dinner somewhere, sometimes in a park or a resort, then go to late EMH wherever that may be, so we could very well be in three different parks in one day.
