Ticket Pricing- best time to go- which resort?

My husband says to me last night lets go to Disney for a few days... Well we havent been in a few years.. our last several trips were in January... so I need to plan a little trip. When is the best time to go, anytime after Feb 26th? I have an email that says rooms are 30% off right now.. where is the cheapest place to get tickets. Do they give out codes anymore?? I dont think we will do the dining plan this time. Any help or advise I would appreciate it!

Peak Season rates are Mar 9 – Apr 14, after that it depends on the level of resort you are staying at.

I have an email that says rooms are 30% off right now..

That discount would only be good if you book through February 28, 2012 for stays most nights April 13, 2012 to June 14, 2012. And the 30% off is only good at select deluxe and deluxe villa resorts. The values, moderates and other deluxes/villas have much smaller discounts.

Disney YES program, if individual enrollment is available and your child(ren) is(are) interested in the program. Otherwise, Undercovertourist thru the mousesavers newsletter link.

Yes, they still send out pin codes. They are just not easy to come by.

And the dining plan can be very overrated. You could probably do better paying OOP for your meals.
