ticket prices at the disney store and refunds

hi everyone. i'm leaving for wdw on wed!!!!!! my friend is meeting me in wdw and i still have a few questions about advanced purchase tickets. if my friend buys the tickets at the disney store before she leaves, will she get the advanced purchase price? i think she will just be needing a 4 day park hopper. also-- could she buy it at mco when she landed? would that be the same price as it would be at all other disney stores?now-- my final question is-- she may not even need this pass. if she buys it at the disney store, but does not use it-- can she get a refund? thanks!

Yes she will get the advanced purchase ticket price if she buys it at the Disney Store (call and make sure that particular store sells the 4 day PHP).

Don't know if she can get advance purchase price in Florida, Mousesavers.com mentions only Disney Stores outside of Florida.

No, I don't think you can return passes for refund, someone please correct me if I'm wrong. ~

the back of the ticket states no refunds, I guess that pretty much covers that.

I believe there is some sort of law in florida that prices cant very in the state of florida... so all disney stores in florida sells the tickets witht he same price at the gate (but florida residents have special passes for them any ways). and the disney store is considered an advace purchuse
