Ticket pick up kiosk

Is there one of these ticket kiosks at Portofino?

We are planning at checking in at 7am, getting our tickets and heading for WWoHP early entry.

We booked our hotel+tickets package online at Universal - do we still get our park tickets from one of these kiosks or will PBH have them for us when we check in?

Yes there is. It is right outside the club lounge. I don't know if they will give them to you at the desk or just give you a voucher to pick them up. You weren't given any information when you booked? Perhaps you were emailed a confirmation number to be used to pick up your tickets?

We did get a booking confirmation number and at the top it said something about using the credit card you booked with to pick the tickets up at a welcome kiosk in front of the parks.

This probably makes a heap of sense to you guys in the know!! But I am a total newbie and have never been before. So excited though!

So, does it sound like we might be able to pick them up at the hotel - even if it is front of the club lounge - or is it just as easy to do it at the front of the parks? Are the kiosks manned or automated? Are they open that early?

Sorry for all the questions - we are planning on arriving so early only so that we can take advantage of that early entry to WWohP, especially since we are only there for the 4 nights of the Columbus day weekend (Friday until Tuesday), so we know it is going to be busier than we would like for at least 3 of those days! Should have looked a bit better at the US Holidays before we planned our trip.....

Yes, you will be able to pick them up at the hotel kiosk. Here are some better instructions.

After you check in at the front desk you will see a big fountain. Stay to the left of that fountain and go up the ramp towards the hotel rooms. About 15 steps in, on your left you will see the large room that says Vacation Services or something like that. Right inside that room there is the kiosk.
