I am very familiar with WDW but haven't been to UO in ages...do they have kiosks where you can buy one day tickets outside the entrance to IOA? or do I need to buy them from a booth? TIA

They have will call kiosks where you can pick up tickets you ordered online with your credit card info and then they have the kiosks where you can buy any of your tickets at. Both of these are right before or beside where the turnstiles are much like disney. However I would recommend buying tickets online if you have a def plan to go there as you will save yourself a couple bucks and time.

The will call kiosks we used only took about 5 minutes to use and get all of our tickets for the 3 day trip. There wasnt anyone you had to talk to just have your creditcard info and verification number.

Depending on the time of year you go buying your tickets on site can waste valuable time waiting in line to get the ticket then having to talk to someone to figure out exactly what you want etc. It only takes a few minutes to buy the tickets online so I highly recommend it.

I would definitely recommend using the electronic pickup at the Will Call kiosks. Purchase your tickets online and you will save a little bit of money. As Ms. Dancer stated...you will need your credit card and confirmation number to print out the tickets but then you can go directly to the gates.

Or...just do the print at home version and you can skip everything and go right to the gates with your print out.

That's the other option I was looking at but didn't know if you needed to trade in the voucher for an actual ticket...so you just take the print at home paper to the turnstile?

If you choose the print at home option, your sheet of paper is your ticket. If you wanted the "regular" tickets (and some people do) you would have to exchange them at Guest Services. The kiosks print out the "regular" tickets so you wouldn't have to do anything.

No you don't have to turn them in or exchange them. We have used the print at home several times with no issues. You just gave to carry that ticket around with you. I believe we decided to try the electronic pick up because we had multiple day tickets and didn't want to have to keep up with 4 peoples tickets at 4 pages each.
