Ticket kiosk without credit card

I purchased tickets to be picked up using the will call kiosk. My credit card company had some sort of security breach and reissued my card with a new number to protect me. So how do I pick up my ticket now? I called the online ticket store at Universal and they told me I didn't really need the credit card as long as I had my confirmation. This doesn't gel with what I have read in this forum. Anyone have any experience with this? I hate to waste a bunch of time trying to get these tickets issued just because I don't have the original credit card!!

I had no problem with picking up my tickets with my ID and confirmation papers, however you will need to go to guest services instead of the will call machines because those ask for your credit card. (I'm not sure about the new machines at the hotel, etc but I'm assuming they are the same thing)

Will the machines require you to type in your CC # or do you need to swipe the card? I do have the full account number from previous statements, the card is just no longer in service.

You swipe the cc at the kiosks. If you don't have that cc, you can also get your tickets by entering in your phone number. Also guest services can print your tickets as long as you have photo ID.
