And just out of curiosity--has anyone else been able to activate more than 12 tickets in the two-year period? (Although I can understand why you wouldn't admit it if you did!)
There really is no harm in trying worst case scenario with those tickets you can return them or apply them towards other tickets. I work on a military base in tampa and people use those tickets pretty much exclusively and all the ones ive got were for my non id holding contractor friends and ive never heard of anyone getting rejected for ticket limits (other than the 6 at a time) Also if one CM wont activate them just go somewhere else and try another because it might depend on their mood at the time (advice from the SOG ticket guy). Not saying anyone should try to break rules or anything but sometimes going to ticket booths that wouldn’t get those things nearly as much as others like BB or TL can help too. I went to BB to upgrade my AP to a PAP and she extended the expiration date 9 months ( I didn’t even notice till I got home lol).
Obviously it's your vacation and you should do what you want to do. If I was in your shoes I'd do the four days at Disney, buy Seaworld tickets too where the second day is free and do two days there (one near the beginning of the trip and one near the end and do one resort day. But part of that is because I just love SeaWorld too. If it's summer and your kids like waterparks, maybe I'd get the SeaWorld/Aquatica combo ticket.
Sea world is free for 1 visit per calendar year for active duty and their immediate family members if you haven't already gone this year you could do that for one day. We always go for o ly 3 or 4 days and then rest, go to seaworld or do other things with our other days. We park hop and tend to go all day non stopso that is plenty of time for us but I know not everyone likes to do things that way.
