I'm planning an October 2005 honeymoon at WDW. Should I buy the 5 Day Disney Park Hopper® Plus tickets now before the new year? They don't expire if I remember correctly. Or should I use the new 2005 tickets?

Which do you recommend or think would be cheaper?

I just had to decide the same thing. I suggest you go to the front page of wdwinfo.com, click on the ticket page (link from an article right there), and figure out what you want to do on your honeymoon. That will tell you the best pricing. How many days, any extra's, and unexpire or expire....

Only you can decide. But I wouldn't hesitate.

It really depends on what you want to do. If you just want to park hop, no Pleasure Island, no Disney Quest, no water parks, then it is MUCH cheaper to wait and buy the basic park ticket with the hopper option coming out Jan. 3rd. I will save $100 per ticket by doing this. We are going next Dec. They do expire in 14 days after first use, but I think you can buy a "never expire" option if you want. Check out www.mousesavers.com for a complete explanation.

I guess it depends on how important the "pluses" are to you. Since the difference between a 5-day PHP and 5-day MYW is $33 (MapleLeafTickets.com) and 1 extra plus (on the MYW pass), that $33 is pretty much covering the 1 more plus it's giving you. Water parks are 33.02/26.63 (adult/child), DQ is 23.00/17.00 (advance purchase) and PI is 17.25 (advance purchase), do you need that "extra" plus? Good luck in deciding!! ~:p~
