I hate how when you exit the vdh elevators the dvc podium is right there directly across from you with guides. I dont know why I keep having these extremely awkward moments, but its going to be something I have to get used to i guess

For the 5th time I filled out a survey and management contacted me about the front desk cms at vdh not knowing how to process gift cards. I dont know why they dont train them to do this, but I will bring it up every single time.

They have processed for me many times without issues.

Could always slip around the other way from the elevators, cross by the fitness center, into to laundry room & use the side exit door there to sneak in & out.

That is so crazy actually if iirc someone did it for me once and I was floored. This time it was that the machine was broken.

If I want to pay TOT with my credit card, do I have to actually go down there to pay it or will it automatically go onto my CC?

Also, what is happening when you get off the elevator? Do they try to talk/sell to you?

They automatically charged my card every stay. I've always seen people "working" in the lobby, but they only say hi to me.

As soon as I check in they put a hold on my CC for tot.

No they dont try to sell me, its just awkward for me because well, the guide i told the regional manager that I did not want to help us anymore at all with our contract and wanted to close with someone else so its done without any more errors was right in front of me when I walked off that elevator and im sure will be there many more times. It is pretty much impossible for them not to see you if you walk that way.
