I am getting really frustrated at orders on Croc's web site. Various styles are out of stock, Ok, know the story.

But then I get on the site and order Vena, 2 pair great, email days later and refund they are no longer in stock.

Last night I found mammoths on the site $29.99 free ground shipping. Picked out the color and size. Tonight, I get an email for out of stock and refund with a $2.99 shipping code free for inconvenience.

THe web site shows them, so I call and try for another color. Agent says, no even though they show on the site they are all sold out....
BUT there are the more expensive Blitzens in stock I notice. I think they are doing the big hype to get me on the site and the great buy is out of stock so I will not get the Vena, but can buy the similar $59 shoe, or the Mammoth is out so I can buy the $39.00 Blitzen instead..

Just had to vent. Guess I will buy a knock off and save my $$ for the ease of knock around use. :sad1:

I ordered 2 pairs from the clearance center and got 50% off on the 2nd pair. They canceled the 2nd pair but refused to let me cancel the rest of the order that I no longer want because I lost the discount. They told me they can't cancel or change an internet order for me; so they need to ship the shoes and I need to return them and they'll pay for the return shipping. How stupid is that they are paying shipping both ways for shoes that I told them that I don't want any longer, no wonder they are having such bad financial problems.

So they offer the 50% off.....then when they cancel on their end for great buy, I suppose they expect us to say OKAY, send the pair at "FOOL" price.

Thanks for the note on Kohls. I will look, I tried last year at Cabela's, not a croc in the store that day. We are down near the store about 2 times a year.

there have been rumors that Crocs will be going out of business. Having said that--I have often ordered from crocs.com and never had a problem getting my merchandise. And I know others who have too--sorry about your bad luck! Maybe their computer systems are out of whack?

They have done that to me before as well, however I was able to get a price adjustment on them after a very aggravating attempt at calling them. I doubt, however, that they will be going out of business soon. They are grand opening to new stores here at major malls this weekend..

Try BigLots for knockoff mammoths.. They had them for $8 I think. I hope things are going well!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with an excellent CS rep at crocs. She really went out of her way for me. I bought about 10 pair over a few orders and I had about 3 seperate issues at the same time. (one was a size issue, one was a color issue, the last was a shipping code issue) we spoke several times and she called ME back many times. I actually ended up with a free pair of MJ because she couldn't refund the shipping issue.
I would try calling and try to get a decent parson to talk to. They have them there.
Love my crocs!
