We are going to AK tomorrow morning and then jumping to MK around 1 PM. What is the best way to get in the Virtual Queue? We would like to ride anytime after 3 PM. Should we go online at 7 or 1? Our reservations are for AK. Will it let me book the ride after 3 if we don’t have a Park Reservation? Looking for the best way to get on the ride tomorrow. Thanks.

To be eligible for the 1pm VQ drop you must be in or have been in MK. So you would need to be there before 1pm.

I suggest the 7am VQ is your best shot, it will let you even without a park reservation but you will be given a boarding group not a time. Your boarding group could be called anytime. I think (but do not know as never tried) you will be able to enter anytime after you are called ie late as they don’t enforce the timeframes for boarding groups. So if your BG is called while at AK, you might be able to enter once you enter MK.

This is true except, there is no guarantee you will be allowed to ride if you arrive after your BG window has closed. You may ask and the majority of CMs will allow you to ride but it is not guaranteed.

Best to be aware if this just in case it is one of the very rare times that guests with expired BGs are being turned away.
