Thrifty code - I'm nervous..

I reserved a minivan for next week with Thrifty with a corporate code found on another well respected site....and when I did it had the name of a business on the reservation. This was not discussed in the discount area of the site as something that would need to be proved at the counter, and since it is a confirmed reservation, do you think this will be a problem? It's a terrific rate that I don't want to lose, but I've never rented from Thrifty, usually go right to the Budget car pickup since I'm a member there, bypassing the counter. Anyone have experience with this?
