I don't understand why it is so important where it happened. Nobody really knows and it really makes no difference.
I cannot corroborate one way or the other which park in happened in. I do know that the 3 year old child of a 4th grade teacher in our district died choking on a hotdog while vacationing in Orlando. I heard it was ar WDW but it could be that they were staying there and visiting US for the day.

I said my sister works with the woman who's son died. I wouldn't post an urban legend or I would state the fact that I didn't know if it was true. My sister attended the wakes & funeral. The boy was basically dead at WDW. They kept him on life support for 2 days because the Mom was so bad she wouldn't agree to shut off the machines. (I can understand needing a few days to come to terms w/this horrific situation.) I'm sorry I won't point fingers at this poor woman and say its her fault for giving him a hot dog. She'll spend the rest of her life blaming herself. I do hold Disney partly responsible. The ambulance couldn't get through. They should be able to transport in minutes. In situations like this minutes count.

Not trying to harp, but it mattered to YOU when you first posted it. Why should we worry (unnecessarily) about response time at WDW if this incident didn't happen there? Just curious, why haven't you changed the title? The reason it DOES matter is that there are people who come here to plan WDW trips and have pre-existing health issues and/or small children. To give them the impression that they may be unsafe by visiting WDW can cause them unnecessary stress about their plans. I feel that if you cannot be absolutely sure of where this happened, you are being misleading in this thread. But does it really matter?? I apoligized a week ago saying I didn't really blame Disney I posted in anger and I should have posed it as a question not accusation. (should we be concerned about response time at WDW ?

I have met many people who have gone to Universal and told people they were going on a trip to WDW, many people think there is an affiliation between the two.
JMHO.
