Three Things...Gratitude Thread

Christ, My Savior! First and foremost, forever!

Christmas for Jesus first of all always for me. Candlelight Worship Service. Santa and memory aspects too.

Champ memories and to know as I believe through my faith that he is forever with Jesus.

Cocoa (Hot chocolate that I daily enjoy a small cup of)

Cake as in Pancakes, of course!

Cards bring me joy to send. I pray I am able to spread faith and cheer through them.

Care means everything.

Welcome to our kind thread, DisneyFan32WI:grouphug:I completely agree about calendars. Dad and I are still old fashioned and have both engagement (desk) and wall calendars. Cash is also a blessing to have some of.

Another C, I of all people, should not have forgotten: Campbell's Chicken Broth! Dad and I only enjoy this daily :)

(Sun, 9/17) - 3 things you're grateful for related to music
So... I could easily break the rules and do more than three, but instead I'm going to limit myself to three of my favorite songs right now, but post links to the Youtube videos for them. Hope that's okay. :) And also, since the videos will take up a lot of room... I am playing "catch up" for Monday and today after the links/videos.

1. Is He Worthy by Andrew Peterson and Ben Shive (I know Ben Shive personally. :) ) I love this version, because you can see him getting emotional as he sings/plays.

2. Goodness of God by Bethel Music
I absolutely LOVE singing the alto on this song.

3. My God is All I Need by CityAlight
Love the alto part, and I love the throwback to my childhood with "My God is so Big" In fact, it's entierly possible that that inspired me to come up with motions for that part (well, not that I cam up with part) as well as the chorus to the "My God is All I Need" part. :)

(Mon, 9/18) - 3 things you're grateful for that come in boxes
1. Gifts
2. All the replies on this thread come in their own "box," and you type your replies in a "box," right?
3. Amazon orders

(Tues, 9/19) - 3 things you're grateful for beginning with C
1. Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright. He got his 200th win after really struggling this season (his last) and man... it was just a great moment and a great game. Hollywood couldn't have scripted last night's game any better. (And yes, I realize a whole two of you might understand this. I don't care. 😆)
2. Christ
3. Cookies

A few weeks ago, our special music at church was a duet of Goodness of God ❤️ - it was so beautifully done and made me love it even that much more!

And I'm one that understands your Adam Wainwright post. I may have cried a little last night when they won the game! He is for sure my favorite player. In 2021 I followed his Walking with Wainwright where we lead reading the Bible in a year. He is just an amazing person ❤️

Cheese, I do enjoy many cheesy things and the ones that I am most grateful for are:

Whatever sort of cheese that Mack’s Pizza in Wildwood NJ uses on their pizzas! They are my family’s favorite pizza parlor!

DSis‘s Mac and Cheese that she makes in her crockpot. I know Grureye and Sharp cheddar are two of the cheeses she uses, and there’s another one. Her Mac and Cheese is the best!!

I enjoy Danish blue cheese on my green salads.

Good Morning!

DD20 would like this topic - she’s my resident mouse - LOL!

#1 - I’m grateful for Chicago stuffed pizza - the most cheesy pizza.

#2 - I’m grateful for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese - I have the most wonderful memories of making this for both my girls for the last 25 years. Both of them loved fish sticks and Mac & cheese - it’s what I always made when DH wasn’t home (he’s not a fish stick lover at all). DD20 still loves this meal, so I still make it for us.

#3 - I’m grateful for Aldi cheese slices - the price is great and it tastes great too - it’s the only cheese slices I buy now.

Slo  as a kid and for so long as an adult I loved Kraft mac and cheese in the blue box. When the formula changed years back for me it wasn't ever the same. Glaf you and your family still enjoy it!

Dad enjoys 🍕along with a variety of cheeses. Me? Only Kraft Singles and Kroger (Ralph's Brand) Whipped Plain Cream Cheese. Simple! :)
