The blessing also of being able to hear period!
Blessing to get to talk with and hear dad both of us in health, with God here on earth.
Children laughing and playing.
I agree about morning bird chirping is a happy, hopeful joyful noise.
Children's voices lifted in song to God always extra touch my heart to hear especially at Christmastime.

Music-it's on all day at work and makes my days go by faster

Sounds silly-but the sound the transformers make when they transform

This one woman's laugh I play soccer with...it's reminiscent of when Tom Hanks gets stuck in the floor in "Money Pit" and it's just the best sound-I always laugh immediately-she is the sweetest person and it's such a genuine, happy, sound

So far so good. I keep telling him not to lift anything and he isn’t listening. Hopefully he stays okay until we get home and then maybe I can convince him to get checked out.

Happy Hump Day

#1 - I‘m super grateful for my morning coffee - the coffee pot is on a timer and is ready every morning when I wake up

#2 - I’m grateful for our Lake Michigan tap water - it tastes a lot better than what we used to have

#3 - I’m grateful for milk - all types of milk. I mainly use skim, what will buy other types for different recipes. I particularly enjoy my milk in my cereal and in my protein shake after my workouts

1. Hawaiian Punch packets for water
2. Unsweetened iced tea
3. Coffee

Runner up: Kroger or Food Lion Chocolate milk. It tastes better than the other stores

In a typical day, I drink LOTS of water and I try to limit my diet cokes to just a couple a day. I don't drink a lot of milk, but I do love it!

Another vote for coffee! We have a Keurig and have fun trying lots of different flavors. (Don't worry - we recycle the pods!)

Ginger ale - when I want something fizzy but without caffeine, or when someone in the house has an upset stomach.

The blue margaritas at a particular Mexican restaurant near where my folks live - soooo yummy!


And on a more serious note - I'm very grateful to live in a place where clean water is readily available!!
