How do you know the hours of restaurants in the parks? If the park closes at 9, what time would three broomsticks stop seating people?

Three Broomsticks is counter service, so I would assume it would be pretty close to closing that they stop serving people.

counter service generally closes 30 minutes prior to park closing.
sometimes they will take orders after that 30 minute time period.
if they still have food already placed on the warmers, they would prefer to sell it than toss it.

you can stay in the eatery and finish your meal/food.
they don't kick you out 30 minutes prior but stop taking new orders at that time.
