Good morning all. We have no special plans for the weekend either. The patriotic festial is going on at the beach this weekend so I guess we will go check it out. I know there are bands this weekend, but I don't care for any of them. I think Sugarland, Travis Tritt, and others will be there. I just like going there to walk and burn some calories. Weather permitting, we will take the motorcycles out for a spin. My husband rides his everyday, but I don't get to ride mine as much.

Hi Kim...You suddenly appeared too. I heard there's a strawberry festival somewhere around here tomorrow but didn't catch where. I'm hungry for fresh strawberry pie. May have to waste gas on that. We may get some rain but you may be too far south. Have fun. (not quite as fast as you can go but...)

Kim-you have a mototcycle? My DH wants to buy one so bad but I keep shooting that idea down. Mind telling what kind you have? And that weekend frstival sounds great but I would be there for the music. Been listening to country for years and years.

Kim, that festival sounds wonderful. I really like Sugarland. I've listened to more "mainstreamed" country music in the last few years. I'm looking forward to the start of Nashville Star this summer. They are so talented on there!

No big plans here this weekend, except to make plans. June is basically help-friend-with-wedding month, so I really need to sit down with a pencil and calendar and see what I'm doing when, where and with whom. I'm a bit befuddled at the moment.

The weather is supposed to be great so I'll lug my calendar out to the deck and at least enjoy that as much as possible. I also have a ton of reading to catch up on.

Sorry, I don't watch racing, but hope its a good one for everyone!

Just stopping by to check in. We don't have any big plans this weekend. I plan on taking DS10 to see the new Indiana movie. I'm hoping to get my Dad to go with us as part of his Father's Day gift. We'll have to wait and see. My DH has a mountain bike race on Sunday so he'll be gone most of that day.

Well, better get some chores done.

I looked those to see what they look like and they sure are nice. Maybe when we move to Florida, I'll relent and let DH get one. Don't really want him to get one while we live up here, winter is too long and cold to really ride often enough.

MagiKitty-Hope the weather stays nice so you can get all your planning done. We watch Nashville Star too and they really are talented on that show. Country music isn't what it used to be. We get alot of big name concerts around here and have been lucky to see quite a few.

Pikester-You'll have to let me know how the movie is. DH wants to see it but I've heard from a couple of people that it wasn't so good. Need more opinions before we get a babysitter ($$$) and venture out to the movies.

I see they have new smilies, Well there has been a ton of stuff going on, I don't think I've really been on since the end of April except to pop in and say hi and let you know I'm still alive.

Well, I'm glad to see that the concert is "on" tickets are bought and you're ready to storm the stage. That's the Kitty we know and love.

No big plans for the weekend except maybe some more planting. It's been so cold my poor tomatoes are struggling this year. Still been getting frost advisories up until yesterday. Yikes!

Had to hit some garage sales today to find my DS6 a pair of overalls. He is going to be a farmer in his "End of Kindergarten" program (why its about farms, I don't know ) You know how hard it is to find size 6 or 7 overalls? Tons of them for babies and toddlers but not for bigger kids. Finally found a pair for $3 but I will have to adjust them. They are a size 8. I know he'll never wear these again, so I am trying not to spend a lot. Also had to find a straw hat.

Hi Guys just popping and need to catch up! What concert? I gotta know.
Just forgot to tell ya'll today I have to go to DD's school to watch "the movie"now we saw one last year but this one might be a bit more indepth. Several of her "girlz" called last night to make sure I was coming (their moms work) so I will be surrounded. Joking we told them no DH was going instead. they freaked!
DD knows a lot already-she has some mature friends-her BFF called me last week to say "guess what I won't be bothered with on our trip?" I guess it's good they feel lilke they can tell me that sorta stuff. I know my mom never told me a thing and I swore I wouldn't do that to my DD.

Kim -- Did you also consider other sales jobs? I'd think real estate agents would be good at selling other things too.

I thought about it, but I am not sure which job I could get doing sales. I do not want to sell cars because the hours are horrible. I tried places like Alltel, but they want someone with experience in cell phone sales. Someone must hire people in that business with no experience, because you are not born with cell phone sales experience.

Waitressing seems the quickest way to get employed. I am leary of going into a busy place, I don't want customers mad at me for giving them less than perfect service while I am learning.

I don't get it. Doesn't everyone own a cell phone? What kind of sales experience is needed? Even I have one and know enough to know what plan I need.
MagiKitty have a great time at the concert. BF will get over it as long as you don't hide your "affair"

I will take the full TKer enthusiasm with me and try to rush the stage. I may get arrested, I may get his attention. Its certainly worth a try...

BF is concerned right now about the "magic" Disney water that got Magsnden infanticipating! He keeps telling me, "no water for you!". He said he'll buy whatever souvenir I wanted, as long as it isn't a "surprise" one!

It was on T.V that I saw it...sorry didn't mean to give your heart a start. But he looked like he would have smelled good...does that count?

Ahhhh there is our word again..."infanticipating!" Love it!!!!
