Hi everyone, it's me and THE FOOT IS FREE!!!!, well sort of, Dr. told me to give it a day before driving to get use to being on foot etc. He also said I should wear sneakers for at least the next six weeks. I'm thinking how lovely I will look dressed in my Christmas best. So, I did go get a pair of sneaks that my foot can get into. decided to go with black thought it might not be as noticeable that I'm wearing sneakers everywhere I go. Just walking around slowly trying to get used to walking on my own two feet. Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus Fyi foot Dr. told me to get New Balance, that nikes cut to narrow (just a little trivia coming from the doc) well I wanted to check in and let everyone know the good news. Have to run some errands and my driver DH will be ready soon. 1 more day till I can really be free!

Ha ha, I totally said them both!!! Strange but true haha. Let me explain: The brain hurts one was in response to a nice lady that posted a math question (i got the answer wrong btw lol) anyway before I posted my attempt at an answer (very embarrassing haha) I typed ouch my brain hurts. the other was a game thread that you could only answer with a question. (it is really fun and on the community board you guys should check out the game haha)
I don't remember where the math question was posted!!!

I am so excited. This is for all us us!!! My TKer in my siggie represents the "hood".

I also responded to a tag fairy thread saying I was cute and witty...or something like that. (I really am ya know)

And the tag fairy has struck! I have no clue what that is all about. I thought if you wanted something in your "tag line" you just put it there yourself. Now I learn that there is a little fairy spreading ixiedust: and catchy tag phrases. You must be realllllly special! (Duh, your a TK, of COURSE you're special!!)

You can type your own tag line, but only the tag fairy can make color. The Tag Fairy gave me my tag lines though.

I was so excited I called my Mother (of course I call her everyday...but still lol) I think she may think I have lost my marbles. ha ha ha.

Black sneakers rule , maybe we can make black sneakers the official shoe/sneaker of the Thread Killers Club I second, that to show/shoe solidarity everyone needs to go buy a pair of shoes , we all have a good excuse, you can tell everyone it was for a cause your supporting. Please (and I mean that) feel free to put your foot in anything you love and can walk in!! Oh who cares if you can walk in them as long as they look great!!! You know it is still a strain to walk, so I don't think I am going to be able to make it downstairs (basement) to do, you know I have to build up to all this. Of course when I do get down there and see DS toys all over I'm sure I'll be

Snow here, coating on the tree's grass and cars. Road's okay through most of the day, I think it got a little slick as the evening went on. I thing we'll be fine. It actually was pretty, since it just coated everything that was green and driving was still safe. Watch tomorrow I'll wake up to school closing and icy roads b/c once again the weather people goofed.
Learned something new tonight!! Put this in your posting notebook (for the we learn as we go people). I didn't understand why it was taking so long when I sent this and it came back you have a limit of 25 sig's, smilies, etc. and I was over the limit! That total is included when you have multi quotes in your post, so I had to remove a few.

Hey everyone, look what I learned to do with my vacation pictures.

I bought a new camera for this past vacation but never really figured out how to use it. I just seem to snap, snap away and hope I get something really good. Between cameras and computers, I feel like a lost cause.

dreamin in pa - really great effects with your picture!! what kind of camera do you have? i wonder if i can do that with mine. we finally caved in and went for the Canon SLR, after 2 sony's that were so slow, i could never get a good picture of the kids. they always snapped a second too late, and both kids would be going in different directions. uugghh, i couldn't take it anymore. fortunately, we just traded in some points from a credit card, so we didn't have to lay out that much cash. those things are expensive!!! but i have to say, it's a great camera, and i'm so much happier with my pictures now. now i'm looking to get a better lens, but they're not that much less than the camera itself! i'll have to wait a while!

disney54us - what state are you in? the weather you described is exactly how it was here today. it was the perfect snowfall - it looks beautiful, and you could still drive. just what i like! also, interesting about the smilie limit. who knew? and i think you're going to need at least a week before you can get down those basement stairs!

Good grief, I almost forgot to tell ya'll that DS took his first solo steps tonight. I'm so proud, but also exhausted thinking about running after him, trying to keep him out of trouble. He gets into everything.
