Thoughts on our upcoming dining plans - please share yours.

Money has become a bit tight for our upcoming December trip so our dining plans went from this:

12/9 Arrival day - Rose & Crown or Via Napoli (D)
12/10 California Grill ? (I know DH will frown on a 9:20 dining time)
12/11 Rose & Crown or Trattoria al Forna (D) - DH B'day
12/12 Hollywood Brown Derby (L) and possibly a dessert party (JBJB) Okay DH actually would prefer to do FEA DP (who knew)
12/13 Jungle Skipper Canteen (D) ? depends on whether I decide to do the MVMCP (solo)
12/14 Trail's End (D) ?
12/15 Liberty Tree Tavern (L)
12/16 BOG (B) or California Grill (B) or BOG (B) & Jiko (D) or Yachtsman Steakhouse (D)
12/17 Very early check-out (no meal)

to this:

12/9 Arrival day - Electric Umbrella or Sunshine Seasons or Grab something at WS (L) & Rose & Crown (D)
12/10 Yak & Yeti Food Cafe (L) & ROL DP
12/11 Woody's Lunch Box (L) & San Angel Inn (D) DH B'day (Staying at Boardwalk so I'm excited to see a quieter breakfast available again)
12/12 Columbia Harbor House (L) & Pizza from somewhere (D)
12/13 Grab something at Epcot & Ale & Compass (D) still contemplating MVMCP solo
12/14 Liberty Tree Tavern (L) DH wants to do this since we have never done it before
12/15 Ale & Compass (B) Grab something at Boardwalk Resorts or DHS (D)
12/16 Grab something at DHS (L) & Coral Reef (D)
