Thoughts on my MK plan ?

I'm heading to DW in March with DD3, DH, my sister and my parents. We have been many times before but this is our first time with our daughter and the first time since FP+ came into play. The one day I'm concerned about is our MK day as it will be our only super long park day. We have just one day at MK - wish I could spread it over 2 days but our terrible Canadian dollar has limited things.

We are also staying off site for the first time so a mid day break, as is our custom, may not be possible. DD will have no problem napping in her stroller though and does really well usually staying up late. We adults will surely tire before she will !

8:05am - BOG bfast (park opens at 9:00)
8:40 - Hopefully get early in line for A&E before rope drop crew
Peter Pan (if lines aren't long already)

Dumbo

11:00-12:00 - Dd's First Haircut appointment at Harmony Barbershop . Explore Main Street

FP+ Splash & BTMRR (also grab rider swap)

1:30 - Lunch @ Liberty Tree

2:30-3:30 - FOF Parade

3:30 - 7DMT FP+
Philarmagic

4:30 - Buzz FP+
5:00 - People Mover
5:30 - Pinnochio Haus for dinner
6:30 - Small World
7:30 - Enchanted Tales

If time, ride whatever we missed that has a short line. Or use our Rider Swaps for Splash/BTMRR

8:30-9:30 - MSEP

Phew! I'm exhausted just thinking about that. Thoughts? I *think* we can do it, since DD is a trooper and it's our only LONG park day of the trip - but who knows. If we have to call it and leave earlier in the day no one will be heartbroken since it isn't our first trip and won't be our last. Just hoping to make it as magical a trip as possible for our family.

I think you have a realistic time schedule. I don't see any flaws in it.
