Thoughts on getting a new diesel car

with the exception of i believe the tourag which shares a chassis with the porshe cayenne the majority of VW of america's vehicles are manufactured in Mexico and have been for some time. All VW products except those manufature in Germany for sale in Europe have a repuation of having electrical issuese

I read that all parts are manufactured in Germany and assembled in Mexico.

Is this not the case?
