Thoughts on discounts next year?

I noticed that the Canadian resident tickets expire in September this time around, instead of the end of December, as usual. The obvious assumption is that this is due to SWGE.

Thus, is makes me wonder: what are the realistic odds of having another Canadian resident ticket offer released next fall? Likewise, what are the realistic odds of seeing free dining next fall as well?

I feel like the odds of having another Canadian resident ticket offer is not great! Or the discount will be less next year if they offer it again. The discount has already gone down since the first year they offered it! (I think we purchased our first set for 25% off and this year it's closer to 20% off).
