Thoughts on Blue Man Group show

DH and I saw it in Boston about 6 yrs ago... it was so good we had to go back with friends of ours a couple of weeks later!!!

Our family saw it earlier this year in Boston and really enjoyed it! (Our kids are 7 & 11) I happened to be one of the names they put up and everyone sang happy birthday to me - but it wasn't my birthday!


It was a fun time but a very different type of entertainment. We also saw STOMP the other year (also in Boston) and enjoyed that too!

We've seen BMG at least 6 times, both stationary and travelling shows.

I think I would reccomend the stationary shows (Las Vegas (moved from the Luxor to the Venetian), Boston, NY, Chicago, London, Berlin, Toronto) as a first experiance. They are so fun, with great music and very funny parts.

The travelling show is much closer to a rock concert. There are funny parts, but it's much more about the music and the instruments. We, of course, love this version too, but I think the stationary shows are better and more interesting.

Unfortunately it lasted 2 hours.

I have never seen the show, but one of my friends saw them at Vegas and bought me the CD. I love that CD.
