Thoughts on a 3br suite at GC?

Okay, there will be six adults for a long weekend next August.
I was looking at the DL web site, and saw a 3br suite for about the same price as three regular rooms.

Does anyone have any info on the suites? My main concern is having a bathroom and TV in each individual bedroom.

Any info is appreciated! :drinking:

We had a two bedroom that could have been connected to a third room. Let me tell you it was absolutely beautifull! Definitly large enough for six adults. The main suite had a living room, with coffee table, couch, chair and table with two chairs, TV with DVD player, in addition to patio. The suite has one bathroom off of living room. Bedroom can be king or two queens with TV. The additional room is simply a regular hotel room with Bathroom and TV that connects to the suite through a door. If you are all couples, I am not sure if you are able to have three kings but it never hurts to ask! Basically with a 3BR suite you will have 3 different rooms connected to each other by private doors. Total count of 4 TVs and three bathrooms. Each bedrooms each with a mini fridge with buyable goodies inside, a TV, patio and seperate bathroom.

Hope that helps and I explained as best as I could! I could keep my thoughts straight, I got a little excited thinking about that last trip to DLR and staying at the GCH! LOL

Yes, thank you Disneyfan_77! That's exactly the type of info I'm looking for! :drinking:

Okay, I booked it! :)
I also added concierge for $150/night.
That seems to be very reasonable, seeing as though they said a 3br suite would accommodate 13 people.
Of course we're only six adults, which is still a bargain at $25/person/day. :drinking:

can you tell me what rate you recieved for the 3bd suite. We actually have 13 people (and an infant) going to DL in April. Just wondering if we could even afford it and if they would allow the 14 of us. Also, does anyone know if you can do concierge for certain nights of your stay. We're planning on six days but thought we wouldn't do concierge on the first and last day of our stay.

TIA Shell

Shell, we got a AAA rate of $1103/night. That does not include the $11.50/night resort fee, $150/night concierge, or the 15% tax.
With all the misc expenses I'm figuring $1454.18/night after tax. Yes, it's pricey, but I really want to try the GC.
I think the $150/night concierge fee would be a great deal for you with 13 folks. I didn't know that you could select certain days for concierge. That's an interesting piece of info...

Have fun!... :drinking:

PS- With 13 people, some would be sleeping on a pull out sofa in the parlor area.

Shell, I believe if the baby is an infant ( meaning she/he does not have to pay entry ) then she/he would not be considered in the max occupancy. In every room there is available a graco pack n play for the infant. In the living room/ parlor the pullout sofa I believe is queen size so if all three rooms were double queen beds you would have a total of 7 queen beds. I hope your group mostly has couples because they DO NOT provide roll away beds, they only provide sleeping bags in the GCH! :earseek:

I hope this helps! :earboy2:
