Those who use Diaper Bags, Which one do you have?

We have a Vera Bradley, too. I absolutely love it because it has so many pockets and is so bright and colorful! Also, I like the fact that it can be tossed in the washing machine, if needed. However, the bag we take to Disney is the small squarish black one that was a "gift" from the hospital when we had dd2. You all probably have the same one!

It is great for Disney because it is basic black (no dirt shows), can be easily scrubbed down, is pretty compact, fits on the handles of our stroller (a Joovy) and has an outside pocket to keep sunscreen, sunglasses, camera easily accessible as well as two drink pockets (one on each end)...and if it every should get ruined, well..it was free!

I have a Skip Hop Expo and I love it. Big enough for lots of stuff but not too huge. I love how it clips on the handles.

I am still looking for the perfect diaper bag:confused3 Honestly I have to say, I just love shopping for bags. Not neccessarily the most expensive/designer types, just BAGS in general! DH thinks I'm crazy:rolleyes: Some women are into shoes, I happen to love bags:woohoo: Anyway, I do have the vera bradley diaper bag, but I prefer the vera backpack style for day-to-day runs to the park, store, etc. I also have a vera "villager" style tote that's roomier than the backpack, yet not as large as the diaper bag. I also have several other bags in various styles and I have found that each one has good features and not so good features. Maybe I'm hard to please, or maybe I just LOVE having a reason to look for a NEW BAG:yay:

I have a huge Coach bag which I use if I am going to be out for the day.

Otherwise I have the hospital bag that I put diapers/wipes & toys in.

But in all honesty, I don't carry a diaper bag that much anymore & pretty much stopped after I had my 2nd child.

I keep a stash of diapers in my car & have a wipes box in there too & then I also have a potty seat for the older 2 (along with wipes, lysol & a plastic bag for that just in case #2).

If I run into a store, I just grab a diaper (this is depending on what store) & the small wipes thing & the sippy cup of water & a snack (I don't always bring them).

Lol, I'm a bit addicted to bags...

I have two PPB touring totes. One is a coco roll and the second is their limited edition Paris weekend. I am so stoaked about the LE one. They are a good size bag and I really enjoy them. They will be good as time and carrying needs change.

I also have two fluerville bags. A pink luxe and a blue stripe sling tote. My ST is my carry all bag. I can fit anything in there.

I also have a JuJuBe BeAll. Its a good bag but not my fav. I have thought about selling this one a couple of times.

DH has his own bag... he will only carry the sling tote on occasion. But he has his own. Its a OiOi Charcoal Dot bag w/ blue lining. It was his valentines day present last year (before we knew we were having a little boy).

I have the LL Bean diaper bag and LOVE it..It has a big pocket on the outside (that I stash diapers and wipes in), 2 small pockets on one side (for a spare paci and wet clothes bag), a mesh pocket on the other side (for water bottles or baby bottles) on the inside is one zipper pocket (for all the extras, diaper cream, lotion, booger sucker, etc..) and plenty of room for a change of clothes, bottle bag, stuffed puppy, playtex hip hammock, blanket and goldfish crackers)..yep, there is a little room to spare.

I have a little bit of an obsession but I buy them all second hand or after the pattern has expired (usually.) ;)

Here are the ones I have (and links):

Loom Bandicoot - This one can be worn as a shoulder bag, messenger or backpack. It has a "joey" or purse that snaps onto the front and easily removes for a satellite/mommy bag. I would say that it is a medium-ish sized bag. http://www.loomlife.com/

Skip Hop Duo - This one is very urban looking. It is extremely handy and is the one I use most often. It is also medium-ish in size but it fits things differently than the one I mentioned above. It can be used as a shoulder bag, messenger or it has special "rigging" to hook it onto your stroller handles, which I find extremely useful. I want a Dash, too, in a different print. (Keeping my eyes open for one.) ;) http://www.skiphop.com/home.cgi

Bumble Bags 'Jessica' - This is the biggest of my bags. When I take day trips, I pack this one. I cloth diaper, so I need that much room for a day's worth of diapers and whatever else my 2 year old needs. It pretty good organization and it has this neat feature when you lift up the front flap, there is a zip down pocket with a detachable fold out changing pad. My DS is too big for the changing pad now, so I take it out and use the front pocket area for my mommy essentials. This bag converts from shoulder to messenger to backpack also. http://www.bumblebags.com/home.shtml

I don't have this one yet, but it will most likely be my next purchase... the Ju Ju Be 'Be Small.' It looks very organized, is a pared down version of a lot of larger diaper bags but it still looks like you can carry quite a bit in it. It is a shoulder/messenger bag with places to use stroller clips - you have to purchase the clips separately or rig something up yourself if you want to hang it from your stroller handles (I've seen someone using carabeener clips.) http://www.ju-ju-be.com/home.html

I may have to check out the JuJuBe bags. My dd is a little over a year and I don't need to carry as much anymore. Things fall to the bottom of my Petunia Picklebottom all the time and get lost.
