Those who binge watch Netflix shows

I have been binging the X Files in order to be prepared for the six brand new episodes coming late January.

It's got 9 seasons (and 2 movies), so it's been quite the binge!

Can we start a new thread, to discuss this show? I live down the road from this area, and people are super upset that this documentary is on. Like the show said, someone is related to someone and it doesn't matter who you may know, so you have to be careful what you say.

I'd be interested in that! It's local for me too. I will start one.

I would love that. I am on episode 7 so not quite finished but I have spent time reading articles about it so I know most of it.

Breaking Bad- best series every created IMO. :)

Breaking Bad
Mad Men
The Walking Dead
Call the Midwife

Revenge (Just started last night!)

Lots of great shows mentioned and I have watched a lot of them. I didn't see Bomb Girls listed. That one is really good as is The Paradise. If you like Mr. Selfridge, you'll like this one too.

I liked the first season of ZNation, but not the 2nd.

I watched the Sons of Anarchy through season 6 and watched season 7 regular on FOX. Was sad to see it go off the air. I am going to start watching Orange is the new Black soon.

Jane The Virgin
I-Zombie (not too sure about this one - kinda getting boring)
The 100 (getting predictable)
Portlandia
Arrow
Gotham
Revolution (got boring, but might pick it up again)
The Detectorists
Flashpoint
Master of None (Jury's Out)

I've watched a lot, but we've had Netflix & Amazon Prime for a number of years. I download stuff onto my Kindle (Amazon) to watch on plane trips and during cruises. I watch very little cable - weather & news, mostly. I also sorta watch while cooking and figure I've watched it (I cook all my own food for myself - food allergies).

DH watches cable.

House of Cards
The Good Wife
Fringe

My sister got me addicted to Jane the Virgin while she was here.

I've also binge watched Alpha House, Downton Abbey and The Man in the High Castle through Amazon Prime.

I need to catch up on The Americans and Homeland. Does anyone have recommendations for that? We have access to Hulu+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. My sister's nice enough to share her Netflix subscription with us and in exchange we share our Prime subscription with her. We have a Roku we use to watch all of this. I love it because it's so easy to use my sons and MIL can control it. It also comes with a free PBS Kids channel my boys love.

If you watched Jessica Jones, you should watch Daredevil.

Other suggestions:
X-Files
Doctor Who
Sherlock
Supernatural
Buffy
Firefly
Broadchurch
Flash
Poirot
House
And for some comedy: The Dick Van Dyke Show

Love seeing all these suggestions! We don't have cable, only Netflix & Hulu, but I've watched:

Sherlock
How to Get Away With Murder
Sons of Anarchy (need to finish)
Doctor Who (slowly working my way through)
Once Upon a Time
Modern Family
The Mindy Project
OITNB (started, but began losing interest in the 3rd season)
Law & Order: SVU (a classic, loved it for years!)
Bar Rescue (more of a reality show, but oh so addicting!)

Also love that all the Disney movies are on Netflix

Want to get into Scandal & House of Cards as I've only heard good things. Need to finish some others first though

Not Netflix, but Hulu... Just watched all 3 seasons on Moone Boy - really funny family comedy set in rural Ireland.

Shows I've Binge Watched:
Parks and Recreation
Mad Men (come on 2nd half of the final season....!)
Walking Dead
30 Rock

Up next:
Daredevil
Jessica Jones

Digging up a bit of an old thread, but just had to say it:

I discovered "Nurse Jackie"... I don't know how the later seasons are (and don't tell me 'cause I want to avoid spoilers), but so far I have absolutely loved this show!
