Those who binge watch Netflix shows

Past:
Desperate Housewives
LOST
Supernatural
Sons of Anarchy
Haven
Criminal Minds
All of the Investigation Discovery type shows
Hemlock Grove
Orange is the New Black
MOST of Fringe
Raising Hope
Good Luck Charlie
*We didn't have cable because we watched so much Netflix :rotfl:

I just started Lost Girl. I haven't had a ton of time to sit there and just watch it though so it' slow going.

Vikings season 1 and 2. (I lost interest in season 3 but can't tell you why). It's not just gory battles though, it has a storyline and I got so fond of the characters.

Battlestar Galactica (don't think it's on Netflix anymore)
Friday Night Lights (until I caught up at the end of season 3, then watched it on NBC the rest of the way)
Doc Martin (until I caught up at the end of season 4, then watched it on PBS the rest of the way)
Breaking Bad (this was kind of the opposite--I started watching Seasons 1-2 on AMC, then watched the rest on Netflix)
Monarch of the Glen (until it started getting weird after season 3--some of the actors didn't re-up, so they either killed them off or had them leave under weird circumstances, then the show fell apart IMHO)

Bloodline - hopefully season 2 will be out in the next couple of months
Grace and Frankie - waiting on season 2 for this also
Longmire

Fringe
Broadchurch
River
Last Tango in Halifax
The IT Crowd
Detectorists
Currently watching The Fall and Land Girls

I like almost what everyone said. Things that havent been mentioned that I watched Narco, and a few real old ones, Rockford Files, Ali McBeal, Saving Jordon, Heartland and that new 10 episdoe documentary The Making of a Murder is outstanding but really only focusing on one side

Kind of off topic, but not sure what part of the country you are from, but it is crazy to me that this is getting national attention! This happened about 20 minutes from me. I went to college with the victim, and she took my ex-DH's and my engagement pictures, so I always paid attention to this case from the beginning. I haven't seen the documentary yet, nor am I sure I want to, but I cannot believe the national attention it is getting, even a few celebrities were tweeting about it. I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts though!

Sorry to butt in....I am halfway through the documentary and I am shocked and disgusted by how this case was handled. I don't want to give too much away, but it literally gave me a stomach ache. I know the ending so that makes me even sadder. I hope this national attention gets help to right the wrongs.

I watched it this week. I yelled at the tv more than once.
I don't want to spoil it for anyone and I do think that if you go into it knowing *nothing* about the case, you'll have a better experience. That said, the 'other' suspect...watching the videos of the interrogations and hearing the phone calls....unreal.

just what the two above me said, the interrogations, a "slow" kid of 16, with no mom, no lawyer, and them over and over saying if you agree on what we tell you to say, we will help you, he then says can i go back to school today, and the police just lie out there teeth. Then the DA is a pervert. I will say this the Documentary only focused on one side (I hate that), and where legally I think they should get new trials, but I think they did it

Ok, so I guess The Making of a Murder will be my next binge watch!

I've done:
Supernatural
Jericho
Terra Nova
Call the Midwife
The Killing
Parenthood (currently)
Being Human (loved this one. Not the british one tho)
Z-Nation
Frankie & Grace (when will a new season come out?)

The worst part for me was when they had him write down and draw pictures. They told him exactly what he had to do after he wasn't giving them what they wanted. I don't know how they can sleep at night doing that to someone.

I don't think they did it, but either way there is enough that was done wrong to give reasonable doubt. This documentary definitely skews for avery, but they showed both sides of the trial. I just don't feel like they presented enough evidence and had way to much that was done shady by the police department and that contaminated sample....how could that even be entered as evidence. Very scary!

Can we start a new thread, to discuss this show? I live down the road from this area, and people are super upset that this documentary is on. Like the show said, someone is related to someone and it doesn't matter who you may know, so you have to be careful what you say.

We're currently working our way through Community. Netflix only has 4 seasons so we need to find the last two seasons when we're done (only 6 episodes to go, boohoo!!) Come the end of February I'll be binge watching Fuller House :cheer2::banana::cheer2:

So now I will for sure be watching that documentary. I am interested in shows like 20/20, 48 hours, etc.

Currently watching Arrow and I love it. I do not have reg. cable. Just local and my Hulu and Netflix. So I watch a lot of shows.
