Those using swagbucks ???

I think the trick was only putting $45 on that card, the same as a regular membership fee. The extra hundred may have thrown it off.
Not that I need another Sam's GC but I'm tempted to try it as I just need another $5 to cash out. I hope everyone's moves past pending :)

Submitted help ticket showing shop and earn email and got instant credit for 400 SBs in under an hour. I only asked that pending SBs be corrected to show correct amount but was very surprised by full instant credit.

Could you walk me through the process of this? I got my first Disney GC at BB on Monday and scanned the QR, but like many here, my email says I have 1 lonely SB pending. As I'm new to this, I have no idea how to submit a ticket. I do have the email showing the $100 purchase, but I'm not sure how I'd show this through the ticket.

Also, I got an email from SB saying "shop and spend $5 by the end of April and you'll get a $5 bonus" fine print reads, "*Please allow 32 days for SB to be credited to your account. To qualify for the bonus you must spend $5+ at any store and have earned at least 25 SB from your qualifying purchase. This bonus expires on 4/30/2019. If you cancel your order prior to shipment or return product for a refund, SB will not be awarded and any SB previously awarded may be revoked. The $5 bonus will awarded in the form of 500 SB credited to your account after your shopping SB is awarded. Travel purchases and MGC+ gift card purchases are not included as part of this promotion."

So, I'm wondering if I get the proper SB credited for the BB purchase, will this trigger the extra 500SB, and if it doesn't work automatically, how do I get SB to honor it? I'm thinking I should focus on getting the 400 from the BB purchase now, and doing a separate dispute later for the bonus.

Not gong to lie - I'm a little discouraged to be hitting these bumps the first time I try going to BB for Disney.
 
Thank you! And please let me know (and then I will let her know)! She has emailed them pictures, screenshots, etc.. She has stated that she has read online about others not getting the credit. She replied to another ticket where the person was really nice too, letting them know what this deal was. The last time I talked to her she was no longer getting any replies. She is like me though, she will bug them.
The last time I sent a ticket in, I stated that it makes it impossible for me to recommend their site. I don't want to be the person who recommended it and then a friend gets the run around!

I just do the things that I know I will not have to fight as much as possible. I love getting on this thread and reading that something worked for a person. I try to return the favor when I can.

I finally had my husband send in a ticket this morning, more than a week since receiving our first box. Let's see what happens. I suggested he tell them he was only looking for pending credit not full credit now and to be extra nice like I've seen some people mention here (I'm always nice and so is he in tickets but can't hurt to be extra nice). Crossing my fingers.

Went to Sam's Club today and bought $145 worth of groceries. Card I paid with was linked in Dosh yet it didn't trigger the $5 that others seem to be getting. No big deal really but hoped it would work after others seemed to be having luck with that.

The total needs to be $45 exactly, I believe.

You merely need to enter your Swagcode on the mobile app for the square to turn. Check with websites like sbcodez.com to know when a Swagcode becomes available or if it's already expired for the day, so you don't have to keep checking.

Side note: if you visit the site, pay attention to which region's Swagcode is active at that moment. You specifically want the U.S. one, assuming you're in the U.S.

I usually redeem the swag codes from the mobile app. It seems to be the easiest way for me. If I haven’t noticed an alert on my phone by mid afternoon, I usually check myself. It’s almost always posted on their Facebook page, if that’s easier for you to track.
 
I officially hit emerald level this morning. 500,000 lifetime sb! That’s a lot of $ for not doing much of anything! I joined 10/15, so it’s been about 3-1/2 years.
I tried to get friends and my older kids to sign up, they always act like it's a scam... I spend 30 mins a day on this and in two months I have raised 400.00 or as I look at it about 4 days at Disney. I should have done this sooner... and I wish others would belive me. Congrats on your milestone.
 
I submitted a ticket for my SB purchase the other day and received the 400 SB within 20 minutes. I still haven't seen the 750 SB though, but I'll give it a couple more days. I was going to go by Best Buy again today, but I think I may wait and see if these issues get ironed out even if it means missing out 4% back.

I used my Citi card this last time to work on MSR. I have no idea why it isn't working!!

ETA: I just reached out to Dosh with a generic question about Staples offer not working. I didn't want to upload anything that showed I bought gc's but maybe they will have some info.

So completely fed up with Swagbucks right now!!
Bright Cellars offer promised 5000 sb.... THAT's $50!
Now they are giving me the "run-around" about crediting me what they said they would.

I am used to the usual game Help Center plays of postponing giving credit in hopes that I will give up or forget to reply within the 14 day window (time you must submit ticket after 32 days has passed since doing the offer). Usually they ask me for info I've already given or ask me to send in proof I've already included. Stuff like that. Tonight I got a new one. Was told it hasn't been 32 days since the offer was completed and that I will have to wait and resubmit everything all over again. Well, the fact is, it was 34 days since the offer when I first sent in the ticket. Two more days have passed so now it's been 36 days since I did the offer. A simple google of "days between dates" will get you to a calculator to give accurate number of days. Not rocket science.
I, for one, will not be completing any more offers that require my putting out large sums of my money IN HOPES that I will receive the promised value of credit back from Swagbucks. I'll watch the videos and such, but this business of taking screenshots and saving them, calculating what date is 32 days out, then setting a reminder on my phone to send in the ticket JUST to be sent on an exasperating merri-go-round of responses from the Help Center ..... all this is too much of a hassle and makes the "value" of the SB not worth it for me.
