I selected ship every 2 months and then I plan on canceling when I get the product. I'm going to try and sell it on eBay to get my money back or at least some of it and make it a money maker.

If it would happen to run 24 hours straight that would be worth about $3.60 per day max. How much is it costing me in electricity for my laptop to run constantly? Just curious...

My AYCE is barely running with lots of glitches....still showing eNcraves, but must babysit. I've been working hard to hit my 100 per day, hopefully the tides will shift back to generous SB's because when it was good, it was great!!!

Mine have been the same way for the last week. My AYCE glitches like crazy. So far, I'm still meeting my first goal but it takes work.

I've been without ncraves on my home computer for about a week now. Today my ncraves vanished on my work computer too. Ncraves aren't really my biggest SBs generator, so I've still hit my goals. But it does make me nervous about hitting my daily goals when ncraves are gone. They are the easiest method besides watching videos on the apps, which is a much slower earner. Surveys and discover deals are not very reliable.

I haven't had any for more than a week. Which is extremely annoying because I can never complete my daily list without watch.

I wonder why they disappear. I've had it happen before but not for more than maybe an hour or two. ncraves/watch is how I meet my goals so I won't be able to unless I get survey lucky today. I ended up opening a ticket and asking on facebook. This is stressful!

Sadly, I doubt it would do anything. On the Swagbucks subreddit people report they just receive a canned response that's not very helpful.
You might want to check out the Swagbucks subreddit. Some really helpful folks. And of course, try switching browsers, clear your cache and history, try incognito mode, and if you have to, maybe even try clearing all your settings, not just browser data, including all media licenses, auto fill, synced data, etc. and if all else fails, do a complete reset, restoring all your settings to their original default.

ETA, really sorry this hits folks randomly. Really reflects poorly on Swagbucks.

I've tried everything and mine won't come back. Sometimes they will be there and I click on them and they disappear. I also have had them go for a day and come back, usually in the evening but this is ridiculous!! And it's effecting many many people so it has to be something SB is doing. My laptop girl is there but hasn't worked in over a week early. Just keeps telling me I am clicking too fast
The other night I needed 2 SB to meet my goal and I could get anything to credit!!! That's when I miss them most!

I'm shocked and amazed that I got credit for using the print coupons today. Only wish I knew what/where credited so I can keep tabs on it but it's probably better to just be surprised every so often so I'm not disappointed. I think I've only used them at Target and Acme so one or both is one the ball.

I don't actually think it made a difference in bringing my videos back, BUT on the SB fb page someone commented that it wasn't really sb that has control of the videos, but the 3rd party crave entertainment company. The commenter suggested contacting them directly through their site and gave a link (which of course I can't find now). I figured, what the heck, so I did yesterday or the day before. This morning the videos were back. BUT, again, I think it's a coincidence because my husband's videos were gone at the same time, and came at the same time, and he didn't contact them.
So, you may want to search the sb fb group posts from the last few days (lots of people frustrated about the same thing) and see if you can find that link and contact them too, just in case it was the difference maker for me.

My ncraves were working and chrome froze yesterday so I restarted the computer. They were gone when I got everything going again. I cleared everything in firefox because I don't like doing it in chrome because sometimes I forget my login for the dis But it didn't help, I still don't have them. I've never had them be gone for more than a few hours and it's been almost 24 hours. I'm going to have to get a survey or two tonight because I'm only at 38 from what I did this morning before work. The app ran for a bit while I was gone but not long enough. Even the ngage lady says whoops. I can do tour the web but you run it once and it goes away and then comes back after some period of time.

It was good while it lasted, except this isn't them making things slow. And it's in their benefit for us to run ncraves and watch, because it affects the number of views, which affects what they can charge the advertisers, so I don't understand why they won't help resolve the issue with the 3rd party.

I've started using a new laptop and it always says there are no ncraves and to check back later, but when I log in on my phone, I have a ton of ncraves. Am I possibly missing something that I need to run ncraves on my laptop, or is it normal to sometimes see them on a phone but not a computer?

I didn't see it mentioned and I totally missed it until now, there's another Collectors Bills going on this week until July 16. 6 Pie bills to collect.

I noticed the last collectors bills that I got a different one each day. Since I missed 2 days in this round, what are the odds I'll actually collect a whole set? Or was it just coincidence that I got different ones each day?
