Those using swagbucks ???

I try my best to keep track of SB that should be crediting down the road, mostly from Raise purchases. How do you get in touch with Swagbucks if your purchase never credited? Currently I am missing 90 and 70 SB from 2 Raise transactions.

Scroll all the way to bottom of the page and click on "contact us" under Support. Then in the top right corner you'll see "Submit a request" and fill that in with all the info you have. I take pics with my phone or screenshots on a lot of stuff now. They are usually good with crediting quickly. I've never had anything denied.

Go to your shop and earn and push contact us by the visited store on the day you did it.

I am really getting annoyed with answering 15 minutes of questions AND THEN being disqualified from a survey! You should get more than ONE SB for the trouble!

I agree. If you pass a prequalifier and later get DQ'd, you should get 10%. These survey creators will do a better job of pre-screening if they had to pay more for DQ'd.

When we have paid for surveys there was a cost per complete (maybe $8 for something we get 75 sb for). The cost per complete was partly based on the expected incidence rate. This was paid to a panel company who I guess sometimes serves as a middle man. We never directly paid anything for dq's.

I often do other things while nCraves are running, but I open a new window instead of just a new tab. I've tried it just opening a new tab, with mixed results. The new window has worked well.

Just FYI...I switched to Directv through the swags offer (I was going to anyway, 20,000 swags was a bonus). Offer stated it could take 45 days to credit, and I was skeptical it would actually credit then (figure I would be submitting tickets, then providing verification). To my surprise, it credited today! (Only 30ish days later)!!!

Update on my previous post:

On Friday I made a large purchase through the SB portal on Sam's Club dot com. They were having their birthday bonus so it was 8SB per dollar meaning I should have 3992 SB pending. That purchase does not show up yet and normally I wouldn't expect it, but this morning I made a $10 purchase at Target and that SB showed up as pending within an hour.

Swagbucks never showed my purchase as pending so I put in a ticket and they responded right away. I expected they would fix it and put the Shop and Earn Swagbucks in "pending" but they added them directly to my account the next day. Yeah! 3992 SB! With the SB I already had in my account I was able to cash out $50 in one day.

Twice now I have ordered amazon and gone through the shopping links, both show up as visits but my purchases didn't show. Any idea why? The help section on the swagbucks page sucks.

I know ad-blockers can sometimes mess with referrals crediting.

Also, with Amazon, did you check the category of what you purchased? Literally everything I buy at Amazon doesn't qualify.

Says you have to stay a member for 2 months to get credit.

I contacted them and I did get the credit. Actually to get the full credit you have to be a member for 2 months but to get 100 you just have to sign up for the free 7 days.

Where are the categories listed? The one thing I do not like about the website is how hard it is to find info, that's why I've been asking so many questions here.
