Those using swagbucks ???

I finally just now got the box marked! There was a short survey for 45 SB and all I did was click on it (mobile site, not the app but I think you can do either) and it kicked me back to the survey page and said that I wasn't qualified and I was credited 1 SB. Went to swago and now I have a full board to submit! That box is more of a pain than I'd expect, but it's possible.
Thanks for sharing this because it encouraged me to try one more time, and I was able to FINALLY get this box done too. I finally found a straightforward Gold Survey, it disqualified me, I got 1 SB, and the box filled in. Hooray! Too bad it took so many false starts before now, but at least it's done now. Congrats on getting your full board done!

I never would have thought to try that, thanks!

I got the SwagCode alert email alert and entered the code before reading the post that it was because of the blog issues so I just put it in without a thought.

I got blocked from Gold surveys months ago. apparently i'm not "truthful" :badpc: it's impossible to get a full swago board without those gold surveys. :rolleyes2

This happened to my husband. Super frustrating but he could get peanut lab surveys still! He eventually abandoned that account after cashing out on his GC's.

I do very well with peanut labs surveys so i haven't abandoned my account. i actually like them better than gold surveys.
just frustrating when you accidentally click on an answer and you get banned.

DH's account was banned from Gold Surveys quite a while back because I mistakenly did a survey using my info while he was logged in. I ("he") sent a message to SBs requesting they reinstate his account and explained the issue was we both have SBs accounts and I didn't realize he was still logged in when I completed the survey. To my surprise, they did unlock Gold Surveys for him and replied to my message stating his account would be monitored closely for inconsistent information. Since then, we've been very careful to check which account we are logged into while answering survey questions.

I'm trying to complete the SWAGO board and having an issue with the survey attempt through the mobile device. When it disqualifies me, it says I've reached my limit and not rewarding the 1 SB, however, I haven't earned any SB for attempts today (just checked my activity). So, not only can I not complete the SWAGO board, but I also haven't received the 5 SB for disqualifications. Has anybody had this problem before?

Has anyone ever earned enough SB to basically cover lodging and park tickets? That's our current long-term goal.

My 2015 trip my wife and I paid for our airfare, did two tours, paid for an extra night at Coronado Springs (stayed on DVC points for rest of the trip) and took down $900 in gift cards all via Swagbucks. $2200-2300 in total, and was about 2 years of saving.

Not 100% what you were looking for but it could be doable.

Between Swagbucks and Perk and southwest miles, my August 2016 trip of 4 nights YC and 4 nights at the Poly, renewed AP and spending money for food/tips etc. was all covered with the exception of $36.20 - which was the taxes and earlybird check in for southwest! Everything else was paid with Disney Gift Cards earned doing Swagbucks & Perk for 1 year.

I just posted the following a couple of days ago in the How much is your 2017 Disney Vacation Going to Cost:

Trip #1
Solo
June 14-21, 2017
PODQ - 7 nights $1323 (booked as a bounce back with 25% off rack rate $1323)
Platinum Annual Pass (split cost by the 3 trips it was used for): $225.43 (Annual Pass renewed last Sept. for $676.28. Split by the 3 trips it's being used for).
Food / Misc.: $750
Flights: $149.50 down (Maine to Orlando), $5.60 Return paid with points (Orlando to Boston)
Bus: $29 (Boston to Maine)

Total: $2453.53

However, I paid $1700 with Disney Gift Cards bought with Target Gift Cards earned through Perk & Swagbucks. My Annual Pass was bought with Disney Gift Cards last summer that was also earned by doing Perk & Swagbucks.
$575 was used to purchase Disney Gift Cards Target to save 5% on this amount.

So taking this all into account, my Grand Total out of pocket for my solo 7 day/night trip is: $499.35

Trip #2
2 Adults (Mom 72 & Daughter 42)
August 23 - 29, 2017
4 nights: Grand Floridian $1134 (Booked Labor Day deal with 59.5% off rack rate)
2 nights: All Stars Sports $158.90 (AP 30% Discount off of rack rate)Food / Misc: $1200
Platinum Annual Pass 1: $225.43 (Annual Pass renewed last Sept. for $676.28. Split by the 3 trips it's being used for).
Platinum Annual Pass 2: $265.89 (Annual Pass bought in December for $797.67. Split by the 3 trips it's being used for)
Flights: $22.40 (Southwest booked with points - just paying taxes) Round Trip Maine to Orlando
Food / Misc: $1200
2 MNSSHP Tickets w/AP discount: $146.98
Scooter Rental for mom: $165

Total: $3318.60

Again we had $1400 in Disney Gift Cards we got at Target by doing Swagbucks & Perk. My annual pass was bought last year with Disney Gift Cards was also earned by doing Perk & Swagbucks. And with the exception of the other annual pass we bought Disney Gift Cards at Target using our Red card to save another 5% to cover everything else.

So again, taking all of this into account, our Grand Total out of pocket trip for mom & I for our 6 days / 6 night trip is: $1528.17 (or $814.09 each)

I know there are others on these boards that pay their whole trip doing Swagbucks / Perk etc to pay for their trips. I learned everything I know from these awesome board members!!!!

Not exactly that scenario, but I covered dining for 12 days this past January with Swagbucks earnings, with about $300 left. There were 5 adults for the first 8 days and 2 of us for the last 4 days. It was so nice eating basically anywhere we wanted and not being concerned about the cost. I also had $150 in gas cards directly from Swagbucks that I used on the drive to WDW and back.
