What browser and version were you using?

Do you have only phone number associated with Disney or multiple (i.e., when you go to Edit Your Profile online, do you see a cell and a home phone number)?

Were you on any dining plan?

I'm preparing to make a bunch of ADRs online and want to be prepared, either way. TIA! :flower3:

I'm using Firefox 11.0.. We only have 1 phone number on our account, which is a cell phone, and we're on the delux dining plan. I had to call for 2 reservations - CRT because booking online wanted payment in full when it's not supposed to when you're on the dining plan, and the Wonderland Tea Party because the online option to book was nowhere on the site. I had no problems at all otherwise.

I found that selecting 6:30am as the time, instead of "breakfast", brought up much earlier reservations to get character breakfast out of the way. :)

Love the info! I have one more question - Is the phone number on your resort reservation not your profile, but your resort reservation, your cell phone number too? Or is it your home number?

TIA! :flower3:

We used our cell phone for that too. We wanted to keep everything linked to only one number so we wouldn't get confused. :)

It seems like the issue with online ADR's is making at 180+10 when people are booked with free dining. The confirmation numbers for free dining are different and the site isn't recognizing them.

The FD confirmation are different than regular package confirmations? I have a regular package confirmation and it starts with 3M. I thought people booked through DVC were also having issues.

DVC members have been having this issues since October 2011. Our reservation number is just numbers no letters.

We are on free dining (bounceback from last Oct. vacation) for Sept. and I booked all my ADRs this morning at 6am EST with no problem. We also use Firefox.
And I easily got LeCellier for 12 noon on 9-24. ( I figured we would not be able to get a lunch there till the end of our trip...great surprise) Matter of fact, I got every reservation at the exact time requested.
I also agree...am always more successful if I list a desired time, instead of just "lunch", "dinner".

I have Google Chrome 17.0 and I was able to make all my reservations online. The only thing is I didn't like the times they showed as available. I booked them, but then called at 7 to try and get Ohanas on my first night for dinner...no luck. I pretty much got the other times I wanted. A bit disappointed.

I checked Ohanas at 6:03 am and they only had 9:15. I got through at 7am and by 7:05, they only had 9:15 available. That was the one I really wanted too.

The CM suggested I check often to see if earlier times are available.

edited to add: free dining plan 180 plus 10 days. I had my cell phone in my disney account. I think I actually put my cell # under mobile and home

I also used Google crome and had no issues.

The one reservation I wanted (on QS, still debating on upgrading) was dinner at 'Ohana and of course there is no availability on any of the 6 nights I am there:sad1:

I had no problems with 180+10, we are on the FD promo, booked it this spring and my ressie is alphanumeric.

It is completely random and has been since mid-February.

I made Ressies 2/20 and had noticed people complaining- so I actually had both a room only AND package reservation number when I tried to do ADR's. I used both Chrome and IE. I could not do anything past 180 days without calling. The CM's had no idea why then and they still don't now.

It doesn't matter what your account is set up like, what type of ressie you have or what browser you are using, two people with identical situations may have different results. (FTR- one of my reservations I did online and one over the phone, if that makes a difference)

I have made my reservations online (just incase I decide to upgrade), but they aren't listed and when I go to look for missing reservations, they can't find them.

Is anyone else having this issue? Does it take 24 hours to show up?

My online reservations disappeared and reappeared for the first day or two.

Did you get an email?

Made all my res. on iPad2 iOS 5.1
My WDW account has both my cell and landline numbers but I used the cell for res. (Sept. 5-12)

Well, I am still hoping we could help out Disney IT by figuring out why some can and some can't, so I am still interested in individual experiences, although it does sound pretty random, doesn't it?

My 180 day mark was today. Our reservation was initially booked without free dining but added it once it came out - kept same reservation number and then also added an additional reservation for my daughter in a separate room. Neither reservation number was recognized when trying to make dining reservations online this morning.

I had to call. I got all 10 dining reservations I wanted most at times I requested except for a couple that were within 1/2 of my requested times.
The only one I couldn't book was for Jiko for Friday night Sept 28. The CM told me Jiko hadn't opened up any reservations for that day yet. Has anyone else had this problem. I will try to call back tomorrow to see if I can make it.

As soon as I got off the phone I checked my reservation online and all dining reservations were listed and attached to my account. :woohoo:

Let's hope they can get this figured out so it will be easier for everyone to make their dining reservations online! :surfweb:

Just got off the phone with dining reservations (tried again to make it online but couln't) and got my reservation for Jiko for Friday night of our trip! :cool1:
Glad I tried tonight instead of tomorrow morning as there was no wait time.

I'm in my +10 right now. For the last 6 days, I couldn't link my ressie w/dining reservations. For the first time, the system linked my ressie and I just booked SOA for the 26th Sept!!
Yesterday I noticed that the phone number on my ressie didn't match the number on my WDW.com account. I changed the number on the WDW.com account, last night, to match my ressie. 24 hours later, presto!! it recognized the ressie and linked the free Dining.
Hope this helps
