Thomson and fastpass plus

I,m having the same trouble as a previous poster.

They booked a thomson flight and pop century through virgin as this was not available with a package, and I booked 14 day ticket with disney direct.

I have registered but cannot link anything because the ref numbers they have given me are not recognised.

Disney uk have told me they need the " Disney specific confirmation number" but Thomson doesn't have a clue.
I just wish they would catch up

Hi there - you will need your disney booking reference for Pop Century, which Virgin should provide you with, however, you may need to wait until a little closer to your trip. I booked a package with Thomas Cook for October and was told that they dont receive the Disney booking ref straight away and will email it to me as soon as they get it. I'm guessing Virgin will be the same. I will chase it up in the summer if not heard anything by then. Good luck

Thanks Julie Ann, that's helpful as I have only booked 2 days ago.

the system doesn't recognize the virgin ref number, so maybe it's too soon for the info to have got through. I am going on the 24th april so really wanted to book fastpasses.
