My family and I have been here since Saturday and were able to do our AP preview of New Fantasyland on Monday. The new area is all that everyone is saying. Amazing attention to detail and just really beautiful. If you can't find the hidden Nautilus from 20,000 Leagues or the hidden Steamboat Willie ask a CM. Very cool how these items were incorporated into the que. We were able to eat lunch at BOG and it was fantastic for QS. Kinda confused what Disney is thinking serving good food for regular quick service prices! LOL! Seemed like for being given real silverware, having food brought to your table and eating in such a fantastic dining room that prices would be higher. We spent yesterday (Tues) evening at MK since they stayed open till 1 AM. Saw the new Celebrate the Magic show and it was awesome!!! Really, really good! I was not fortunate enough to see the original Magic, Memories and You show so I have no comparison. However we thought this was a great show! :thumbsup2 New Fantasyland was allowing all guests to enter as of about 10 PM. Probably sooner as well but we weren't in the area to confirm.

A word on crowds... We have been to WDW this exact week 4-5 years in a row with the exception of 2011. We are stunned by crowd levels! Very high to us.... We always come at very low crowd times so I can't compare these crowds to summer, Christmas, Spring Break, etc. but to us, this is not the old norm for this time of the year. We expected high crowds this past weekend and it did get better Monday... somewhat... but there still seem to be A LOT of people here. With that being said wait times are not bad early morning through about noon and by using fastpass and doing rope drop we are not waiting for anything long at all. It is just odd seeing so many people here at this time of the year.

Today marks the start of the second half of our trip, can't believe its's half over! Someone slow down the time please!!! :)

Due to an increase in the number of Live Report and Just Back threads, the Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies Moderator Team has decided to start moving these over to our trip report forum. The purpose of the theme parks attractions and strategies board is to help people find valuable information to plan their trips, discuss the attractions, and changes that are happening at Disney World.

Live trip reports, and just back threads are really a better fit for our trip report board. You can find the trip report forum here:

We know that everyone loves to talk about their trips, and we do love to hear about everyone's trips. So, please share your trip stories, and read about other trip stories over on our trip report forum. Danny
