Go to the Boardwalk and have a tiramisu. The bakery has the best pastries, very fresh.

Go to the Aschelus Restaurant in Norway (Epcot) for lunch. It's not mentioned a lot but they have a good buffet (do you like smoked salmon?) and it's not greatly overpriced.

Take the time to look at the theming in the parks and your resort.

Sit on the stoop on New York street at MGM-Disney Studios (it was very natural for us ex-NYers) and do some people watching.

Even if there are no crowds, don't ride Space Mountain more than 2x in a row. Both me and DD (8) got a little dizzy on the third go round. DH had sense enough to sit it out after the first time.

Do take a midday break of some kind especially with children.

Don't over pack like me.

If you have a vehicle there is an italian restaurant (not extremely fancy but very good food) in the same shopping center as the Gooding supermarket). I think a Bennigans or TGIFriday is in the same center. We went twice the food was so good.

I just wanted to say that I hope you guys have a great, great time and enjoy ever minute of it! Make sure you tell us how it went when you get back!

If I had any advise, make sure that you check out the World Trade Center Flag located in EPCOT at the American Pavillion.

Get a praline at the bakery in the food court...but wait until your last day! Otherwise you will be eating them your entire trip! Yummy! Have fun!

Sit on the rocking chairs at Muddy Rivers Pool Bar with a nice cool Margharita, and watch the kids splash about in the main pool. Dont forget to go in the spa at the end of a tiring day. It totally revitalises you! Have fun - I know you will enjoy the resort it is beautiful. I loved to just stand in the main hall where you check in and listen to the dixie style music
Dont forget to take the boat to Downtown Disney !!!
